Established during the year 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family company within the Northern Italy's biggest industrial location. In the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into an industrial and manufacturing economy, the company was working in welded construction industries and the metal structural sector. FMgru was involved in building pylons to convey electricity, bridges for roads, different kinds of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming equipments.
In the year 1963, the business began crane production. The business eventually invested all of their human resources and financial resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the field of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru sells and produces 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These equipments are engineered and designed for a variety of uses and there are available models that can cover all construction requirements.
Some models provide really flexible lifting options for businesses which are constructing private houses and small buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Other models comprise topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and really adaptable. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are numerous cranes working in the same building location.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are regular tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are suitable for any construction or building project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These types of cranes are specifically designed to work in restricted sites and on high-rise projects where buildings are situated in close proximity to each other.
